Is the cost worth the investment?

While the investment may initially seem substantial ($1,500 for the year or $135 monthly), we've designed a comprehensive package that includes access to expert coaches, a supportive community network, and curated resources—all in one location with a team dedicated to bringing you the latest industry trends and knowledge. Most members find the ROI significantly exceeds the cost.

Will the mastermind work for my unusual or niche business?

Absolutely. No matter what specific industry you're in, core business principles remain consistent. We address high-level business practices applicable to all enterprises while also providing dedicated 1:1 time to address your unique concerns and make recommendations specific to your business.

I've never participated in a mastermind before. Will I be able to engage effectively?

If you're already comfortable using social media or participating in organizations that require attending meetings, you're already prepared for success! Engagement simply means connecting through our mobile app to discuss, share, and learn. We've designed the program with minimal required monthly meetings, allowing you to process information at your own pace and prepare thoughtfully for each session.

What happens if I miss a session due to scheduling conflicts?

We understand schedules change. If you miss a session, we'll provide alternative ways to access the content and will check in personally to ensure you feel caught up and ready for future meetings. Our goal is to keep you on track regardless of occasional absences.

What if I can't complete the full 12-month program?

Life happens, and we understand that. If you need to step away, we'll preserve the momentum you've built by transferring you to the next cohort and maintaining your access to our free resources. We're committed to your long-term success, even if your timeline needs adjustment.

Do you offer shorter program options?

While we understand the time commitment involved, our experience shows that meaningful business growth, network development, and implementation of new strategies requires sustained effort. Though we offer 1:1 coaching separately, the full value of our mastermind experience is only available through the 12-month program at this time.

Can I work directly with your experts outside the mastermind?

Absolutely! We encourage members to learn from our experts during group sessions and to pursue direct project work with them when there's a good fit. Any contracts or arrangements with our experts are handled directly between you and them, independent of Downing EdTech Consulting.

What is your refund policy?

We view your enrollment as a commitment to your business growth. While refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, they typically include a termination fee that depends on when you leave the program. As an alternative, we offer the option to transfer to a future cohort if your circumstances change.
